So I'm downloading a 3 GiB video file and at about 80% done it looks like the seeder dropped out. Some exhaustive searching later and I found an alternate torrent for the same file. Except it has the same problem, ran out of seeders. So now I have two torrents sitting at 85% complete and 80% complete of .  · Even though such a torrent is reported to be in the Downloading state in practice no downloading occurs after all desired files are complete.
